The Red white and Blue
As a military family the 4th of July is important to my family and myself. That is why patriotic minis I am a little extra excited for. Usually I do a model call for the promotional add whenever I have mini sessions. But not for these. This time I wanted to use my son. Many people think that because I am a photographer that I have "so many great photos of my kids". Well think again lol. My kids are just like any other. They're extra stinky when it comes to mom. Usually it is

A vision in red!
Jolie first messaged me a few months back wanting to take advantage of the photography special I was having with a booked parent/sibling newborn session she would receive a free mini maternity session. Her maternity session was held at Northwest Community Park in the Beginning of December. The Texas weather was good to us and it was beautiful out! Jolie brought a couple of her own gowns she wanted to wear, but I had a feeling she would love one of my red maternity dressed due

All she wanted was snuggles.
Sweet Sweet Dylen and her twin older brother and sister came to my studio this last weekend for her newborn photoshoot. She was a whole 11 days new when at the time of her session and was born at albs 10oz. Y'all she was the cutest squish with the most adorable baby cheeks! We started the photo session with sibling shots so that way her brother and sister could go play in my attached studio play room. They both thought their newborn baby sister was pretty awesome and loved he

He is going to end up playing some kind of sport.
Baby Weston came to visit my studio when he was only 12 day old for his newborn photography session. He was a dream newborn to photograph! From start to finish he never gave me any fuss and let me fold and pose him in any possibly way I wanted without even a stir. He loved my warm cozy photography studio, especially when I had the space heaters pointed towards him to make him extra toasty. This type of newborn is a photographers dream! Before I was told his height, which I be

She reminds me of Princess Belle
I first met Shannon on a local military wives page on Facebook. Her husband is Navy, mine Army. We planned on her wearing a few of my gowns for a mini maternity photo session. From the moment I met her and her husband at beginning of the session taking place at Northwest Community Park I adored them. Our personalities just clicked. She does some photography on the side so that gave us even more a little bit in common as well. From start to finish we were all just laughing at

One gorgeous pregnant beauty
So in my eyes I see that every pregnant mama is beautiful, which is why maternity is my favorite to shoot. Whether its their glow, their baby bump, their amazing hair (gotta love the vitamins from prenatals), their love for their unborn child, no matter what the specific reason is, they're all absolutely beautiful. Well everyone meet Cristal, she's the type of pregnant beauty that I envied when I was pregnant with my son. She has all the aspects of what makes a pregnant women

It was an editing marathon
A fellow photographer messaged me asking if I had any availability the next day for a boudoir session because she had come down with a cold and couldn't do the session. Luckily I did. There was a catch, the session was on Feb 12th and the client (Rayann) needed them before Valentines Day as a gift to her husband. I agreed and so I met Rayann the next day for her session. She was such a joy to work with and she actually made my job really easy. Not many boudoir clients come in

Welcome baby Clark
Previously I blogged about Alyssa's Maternity session when she was looking for a local maternity and newborn photographer. Now I would like to introduce baby Clark. Little Clark was given his name because his daddy loves superman that much! Isn't that cute?! I think if Alyssa allowed him to he would have made Clarks middle name Kent haha. Now, more about this little mans session. I get all kinds of babies in my studio from quiet or loud, to passed out or wide awake. It may no

The Leschisins await to become a family of three
The Leschisins were some of my first clients when I moved back to the DFW area. Alyssa took advantage of my maternity/newborn special I was having and I'm so glad she did. They are a very laid back couple who moved to DFW to be in a warmer state and I certainly don't blame them! (I don't do cold weather). They were both nervous and excited to become parents of their baby boy. Wait to see his newborn blog for his name and why ;) Thank you for choosing me to be your Fort Worth
