The Red white and Blue
As a military family the 4th of July is important to my family and myself. That is why patriotic minis I am a little extra excited for. Usually I do a model call for the promotional add whenever I have mini sessions. But not for these. This time I wanted to use my son. Many people think that because I am a photographer that I have "so many great photos of my kids". Well think again lol. My kids are just like any other. They're extra stinky when it comes to mom. Usually it is

Happy Fall
The Leschisin Family is one of the great families who booked a fall mini photography session with me. It was chilly and breezy on the day go the photoshoot, but they toughed it out like champs! I first met this wonderful family when Allyssa was pregnant with baby Clark for her maternity photos last year. Since then I have now done 4 photoshoots for the Leschisins. They are so kind and easy going and I have loved watching Clark grow through his first year and accomplish all of

She flew nearly 700 miles
Whitney is a long time client of mine. I first met her when she chose me to be the photographer for her family photography session. I instantly adored her and her family. Shortly after Whitney booked another session with me, this time it was a gender reveal for her new pregnancy with her 4th baby. It was a boy! Fast forward a few months and since we're military we moved back to our home state of TX from CO before her baby boy Liam was born :( . Needless to say I wasn't able t

Goofy is the best way to describe it.
After doing Crystal's maternity photo session a few months ago (which she ROCKED), she took advantage of an in studio special I was offering to promote my new photography studio, and I had the pleasure to photograph all three of her boys. Her boys are ages 5, 2, and 2 months so being a boy mom myself I know the session was going to be anything but boring. Well as the title stats, goofy is the best way to describe it. There were smiles, some tears, but mostly a ton of sillines

She's beautiful both inside and out
Another great maternity photo session in the books with the beautiful Belen. She is already a mama to two children, a boy and a girl. Soon another baby boy will be arriving for the tie breaker. We had to re schedule her session not only once, but twice, thanks to someone driving a jeep into a water line causing it to break and for her to loose all her water pressure, and because of good ol' mother nature. I loved her enthusiasm for wanting to do her maternity session in the p

Shhh it's a surprise!
After Chrissy found out she was pregnant with her second child she started googling fun ways to tell her husband. She saw a photo idea and loved it immediately. Thats when she messaged me. I've been wanting to do this style session for a while so I jumped on board right away. We had scheduled the session at Eagle Mountain Park only 2 days away and she could hardly contain her excitement and almost told her hubby on accident a couple times. But can you blame her? I began their

It was an editing marathon
A fellow photographer messaged me asking if I had any availability the next day for a boudoir session because she had come down with a cold and couldn't do the session. Luckily I did. There was a catch, the session was on Feb 12th and the client (Rayann) needed them before Valentines Day as a gift to her husband. I agreed and so I met Rayann the next day for her session. She was such a joy to work with and she actually made my job really easy. Not many boudoir clients come in

Welcome baby Clark
Previously I blogged about Alyssa's Maternity session when she was looking for a local maternity and newborn photographer. Now I would like to introduce baby Clark. Little Clark was given his name because his daddy loves superman that much! Isn't that cute?! I think if Alyssa allowed him to he would have made Clarks middle name Kent haha. Now, more about this little mans session. I get all kinds of babies in my studio from quiet or loud, to passed out or wide awake. It may no

The Leschisins await to become a family of three
The Leschisins were some of my first clients when I moved back to the DFW area. Alyssa took advantage of my maternity/newborn special I was having and I'm so glad she did. They are a very laid back couple who moved to DFW to be in a warmer state and I certainly don't blame them! (I don't do cold weather). They were both nervous and excited to become parents of their baby boy. Wait to see his newborn blog for his name and why ;) Thank you for choosing me to be your Fort Worth

Cammie and Ben's rainbow baby
When I first met Cammie I instantly liked her. Some clients you just connect with right away and she was definitely one of them. Cammie wanted to do a session to announce the baby her and her fiancé Ben are expecting. Cammie and Ben have been together for going on six years and are engaged to be married! Can I just say how stinking cute these two are with each other?! I didn't have to spend more than five minutes with them to see how obviously in love they are and how perfect
